Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, labor requirements, and project specifications. We'll always inform you of any price changes before starting work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline and Scheduling

Warranty and Workmanship

Liability and Insurance
DVF Duncanville Fence Builders carries appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take care to protect your property during our work. However, you're responsible for removing or protecting any valuable items near the work area.
We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure unless you've provided accurate location information. We recommend having utilities marked before we begin.
Property Access
By hiring us, you grant permission for our team to access your property during scheduled work hours. We'll respect your property and clean up the work area daily. Please inform us of any security systems, pets, or special access requirements.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes about our services, please contact us directly first. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled in accordance with Texas law.
